Honestly after following Calvin, he's actually so much different than the DJs you see out there today.

He truly is and it’s almost refreshing. It’s because he’s more of a musician and an intellect at the same time…not to say other DJs aren’t. Listening to him talk about music the way he does is so interesting. There’s a certain glint in his eye when he starts saying things that you know he’s thought about for a while. He doesn’t do what he does for the fame, he does it for the love which is something you don’t see a lot of today in my opinion. you hear one artist talking about their music and what they do and it starts to sound like most of them are just spitting words off of a conveyor belt, manufactured and handled with care from a frame cut to their brains. there is so much more that comes with what he says about not only his own music but where he gets his inspiration and his thought process. it’s commendable and it’s obvious why he has the success he has today. he’s figured out the equation. personality wise, he’s not like…..the life of the party in a sense. he’s like the cool guy in the corner that you don’t want to approach but when you do, you realize he’s cool and laid back because he’s actually weird and quirky…an observer for sure. i don’t know. he’s definitely one of a kind though
